The ADuC812 is a fully integrated 12-bit data acquisition system that combines an 8-bit programmable MCU (compatible with the 8051 instruction set), a dual DAC, and a high performance self-calibrating multichannel ADC on a single chip.
The on-chip 8K bytes Flash/EE program memory, 640 bytes Flash/EE data memory, and 256 bytes data SRAM support the programmable 8051 compatible core.
The Watchdog Timer, Power Supply Monitor, and ADC DMA operations are additional MCU support features. For multiprocessor interfaces and I/O expansion, 32 programmable I/O lines, I2 C compliant SPI, and Standard UART Serial Port I/O are offered.
