This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 64 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 64-pin.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
