RF modulator operates at 1MHz~30MHz frequency.RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 32 terminations integrated.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 258mA.
