RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 1MHz~10GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package .The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This integrated circuit has 32 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.32-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 125°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 60mA.
