ADL5391ACPZ-R7 Overview


RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 0Hz~2GHz.The enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package makes it an excellent RF IC.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.16-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 135mA in order to deliver its performance.
