As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 20MHz~2.4GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.There are 24 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 135mA.
