ADG884BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
Due to its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. 2:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there have been 10 terminations.
