Due to its SOT-23-6 packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~125°C TA. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. A 1 circuit is present in this switch device. Using the ADG802 search parameter, you can discover variants of the switch. There is 300mOhm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. The voltage required by this switch device is 1.8V~5.5V, draining from a single voltage supply. A temperature above 125°C is not suitable for operation of the analogue multiplexer. SOT-23-6 package is offered by suppliers.
