ADG609BNZ Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. The multiplexer is located in Through Hole. 4:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 4 channels. In the case of a voltage supply of 5V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. A total of 16 pins are injected into the body of the electronic part. These analog multiplexers are built based on SP4T switching circuits. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. Try searching for ADG609 variants of the analog switch ic. There is 22Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. You can find the functions of the 16 pins in the datasheets. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 6.5V to the switch device in normal circumstances. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer.
