ADG408BRZ-REEL7 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. There is 8:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. 16 terminations have been made so far.
