ADF5002BCPZ-RL7 Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). Embedded in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An upper frequency limit of 18GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer.
