In this RF modulator, the frequency is 4GHz~18GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package .This RF modulator is mounted in the Tray package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 16 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.A 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 105°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 30mA.
