ADF4360-7BCP Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 240 under reflowing conditions. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. CMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.8GHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels. Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF) is the type of electrical part that this component is classified as. Clock PLL is equipped with 24 pin count.
