ADF4360-6BCPRL7 Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, which is designed to be the clock source. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1.25GHz Max. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~3.6V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. This is a clock generator compatible with Clock logic levels. An electrical part such as this one can be classified as a Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF) component. There is a 24-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator.
