ADF4360-4BCP Overview

Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 240 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. An up to 1.75GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~3.6V.
