ADF4360-2BCPRL7 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. CMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 2.17GHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as you provide 3V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. Clock is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component can be classified into Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF). The clock-generating IC is a 24-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors.
