ADF4360-0BCP Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 240 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An up to 2.725GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. It's compatible with Clock logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF) component. Clock PLL is equipped with 24 pin count.
