ADF4213BRUZ Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. In the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 20 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 3GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 2.7V to be safe. As long as there are 2.7V~5.5V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels.
