ADF4213BCP Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 240. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, CMOS is used as the input to the clock. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 3GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.7V for normal operation. As long as you provide 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. A Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF/IF) is a classification for the electronic part in question. In this IC, a 20-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors.
