ADF4212BRU-REEL7 Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
