ADF4193BCPZ Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 32 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL.
