As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock.
