ADF4153BCPZ-RL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.3V.
