ADF4153BCP Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 240 when reflown. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS as its input. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 4GHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.3V for this clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.7V for normal operation. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.7V~3.3V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Fractional N Synthesizer (RF) component. There is a 20-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator.
