ADF4151BCPZ-RL7 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. There are a total of 32 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 3.5GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 3V. As long as there are 3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
