The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CML, CMOS. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 26.5GHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.465V for this clock generator. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~105°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
