ADF4113BCPZ-RL7 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations.
