In the 10MHz~300MHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 48-LQFP package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 48 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 48-pin.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
