AD9785BSVZRL Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 100-TQFP Exposed Pad package and X package. Supply voltage is 1.8V volts. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. The TxDAC+? Series is one of the types of FPGAs that belong to this type. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~85°C. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR). The total number of terminations is 100. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number AD9785. In this case, 100 pins are used in the design. In operation with 3.3V, designers can take advantage of its flexibility to the fullest extent. Featuring 100 pins in total, it is a versatile device.
