This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
