AD9574BCPZ Overview

The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V.
