AD9571ACPZLVD Overview


It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. In the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 40 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. 156.25MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage.
