AD9551BCPZ Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. A maximum temperature of 225 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 40 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. There is a maximum frequency of 900MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There are 3.3V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
