AD9530BCPZ Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 2.625V. There should be a voltage supply above 2.375V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.375V~2.625V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML logic levels. An IC that generates clocks specifically for microprocessors, this clock PLL is 48-bits in si48e.
