AD9518-3BCPZ Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It provides a maximum frequency of 2.25GHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 3.465V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3.135V to be safe. As long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. This is a clock generator compatible with LVPECL logic levels. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution.
