AD9518-2BCPZ Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. It provides a maximum frequency of 2.33GHz. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock generators can take up to 3.465V of power as a maximum supply voltageThis frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3.135V to be safe. There should be 3.135V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. It's compatible with LVPECL logic levels. It has been classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor.
