AD9517-3BCPZ Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 240 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. An upper frequency limit of 2.25GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.465V to operate this time clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3.135V is recommended for safety reasons. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic.
