AD9517-2BCPZ Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 240 when reflown. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 2.33GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 3.465V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 3.135V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.135V~3.465V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
