AD9516-5BCPZ-REEL7 Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 2.4GHz Max. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic.
