A 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is provided with this component. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. The TxDAC? series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the TxDAC? family of FPGAs. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~85°C when the device is operating.
