Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this receiver.As a Line Driver, Transmitter can transceiver, this part has enabled many applications to be served.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this wide receiver.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 5V can operate efficiently.In this wide receiver, 20 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.There are 20 pinouts available on this transceiver which are market standard.In terms of resolution, this ic receiver was capable of providing a 1-bit resolution.ICs for this transceiver module must not operate above 85°C.The manufacturer recommends this transceiver module be handled with a supply voltage lower than 5.25V.In order to run this module isolated transceiver, you should apply at least 4.75V voltage supply to it.A temperature of at least -40°C should be maintained during operation.
