RF IC features an enhanced 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.With its General Purpose RF IC? design, this part can be incorporated into a wide range of solutions.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This integrated circuit has 64 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 64-pin RF module.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 15mA.
