AD8235ACBZ-P7 Overview


In order to protect the op amps, a 11-WFBGA, WLCSP case is used. A Instrumentation-type buffer amplifier is shown here. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. A total of 11 pins are located on this board. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 5V battery. A total of 11 pins are present on the instrumentation amplifier. Op amp ic rates 25μV for input offset voltage. This electronic part is recommended for mounting type Surface Mount. In terms of operating temperature, this instrumentation amplifier performs well at a temperature of about -40°C~125°C .
