The analog sensors are packaged in the Tube for safety reasons. Analog sensors are isolated in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages to protect them from damage. As a result, the sensor has 8 pins for proper operation. The electronic part has 8 terminations. In operation, the analog sensors could provide 400μA current.
