AD7399BRUZ-REEL7 Overview


A 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains it, and it is available for download. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~125°C. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR).
