AD7224LPZ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 20-LCC (J-Lead) package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 15V volts is required. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~85°C when the device is operating. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tube. In total, there are a total of 20 terminations on it. Its base part number AD7224 can be used to find parts that are related to it. The device has 20 pins which are included in the design. It is possible for this FPGA to perform as per its specifications as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount direction.
