AD7224LPZ Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 20-LCC (J-Lead) package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 15V volts is required. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~85°C when the device is operating. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tube. In total, there are a total of 20 terminations on it.
