AD6677BCPZ Overview
A frequency of 400MHz is used to operate RF modulator.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tray package.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 32 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.32-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.
