As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 385MHz.RF IC features an enhanced 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.In the Tray package, this RF modulator is mounted.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 64 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 64-pin RF module.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 125°C must be used for operation.A minimum operating temperature of -55°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
