The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 1GHz.The enhanced 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package makes it an excellent RF IC.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.RF module has 32 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.32-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 235mA.
