RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 0Hz~2MHz.The enhanced 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package makes it an excellent RF IC.Tube package is used to mount this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Through Hole-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In this RF module, 20 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.A 20-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 70°C is required for operation.A minimum operating temperature of 0°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 5mA.
